Universal Development & Construction (UDC) is a real estate development, construction, and management company based in Johnson City, Tennessee. Founded in 1998, UDC has established itself as a leader in the industry, providing full-service real estate solutions for its residential and commercial clients.

As a team of over 120 members, UDC places a strong emphasis on integrity, transparency, and performance. Our team members are dedicated to continuous improvement and focused on shared goals centered around resident and client satisfaction. Shane Abraham, Founder/President and Chief Executive Officer, David Henderson, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Cheryl Songster, Executive Consultant, and Sarah Sims, General Counsel, lead the company with a passion for excellence and a commitment to building strong relationships.
