All Weather Heating & Cooling was founded in 1969 in Massapequa, New York, by James Stone, a seasoned boiler engineer with 25 years of experience gained during his time in the U.S. Navy. Driven by a passion for delivering top-notch air conditioning and heating services, James envisioned a company that would become a beacon of comfort for Long Island residents.

Starting from humble beginnings with a small office and a dedicated team of one, All Weather's commitment to excellence quickly resonated with customers. In 1978, we celebrated a momentous occasion with a groundbreaking ceremony for a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient building in Copiague, NY. This marked a significant milestone in our journey, solidifying our position as a leader in the industry.
