Ultimate Power, Inc., a New York State corporation, was founded in 1970 by Joe LoRusso Sr. and Ronald Milano with the purpose of conducting business as a mechanical contractor in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Industry. Today, the company is operated by second-generation owner, Michael LoRusso. Over the years, Ultimate Power has grown to become a full-service Building Technology Company, specializing in a wide range of Building and Energy Solutions and Services.

From heating and cooling plant systems and services to the latest state-of-the-art "open systems" direct controls, including Honeywell automated control systems integration, Ultimate Power is uniquely qualified to meet your technical needs. The company delivers design-build and engineering services, as well as complete project management and service management resources, with years of industry experience. Primarily, Ultimate Power utilizes its own plant and personnel for all its Solution and Service work. Major sheet metal and pipe insulation is subcontracted to experienced professionals.
