Our Story

At Loucks, we have been dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients for nearly four decades. Our journey began in 1976 when our founder, Tom Loucks, welcomed the City of Independence as his first client. Since then, we have grown into a multidisciplinary team of experts offering a wide range of services, including civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, and environmental planning.
