Aaron Polhemus serves as the Owner and CEO of the firm, with Peter Polhemus, AIA, as the Founder and John R. DaSilva, FAIA, as the Design Principal. Mike Merrill is the Director of Finance and Business Operations, Jill E. Kay is the Controller, Sharon DaSilva is the Senior Designer, John Barker, AIA, is the Director of Architectural Operations, and Rob Calderaro is the Senior Landscape Architect. Scott Jadovich serves as the Director of Construction and Project Director.
