At Collaborate Architecture, LLC, we are a full-service design firm dedicated to creating unique and functional spaces that meet our clients' specific needs and budgets. Founded in 2013, our firm has had the opportunity to explore projects of varying sizes and scopes, from residential renovations to commercial developments. Our Team

Our team is led by President and Designer, Holly Trick, who brings a wealth of experience in project management and industrial design. With a background in the Harvard Graduate School of Design, Holly has spent several years working as a Project Manager in the industrial design field, and has since translated her expertise to larger projects. Her passion is in exploring the future of functional design, focusing on how it can evolve to accommodate new models for energy efficiency and modern living, while retaining aspects of local heritage.

Our Services

Our services range from programming to design development, providing a comprehensive approach to our clients' design needs. At the beginning of each project, we focus on establishing project goals and determining the unique needs of the project. This is followed by the schematic design phase, where we present several design proposals to offer a variety of solutions for layout, structure, and aesthetic.

In the design development phase, we take the selected proposal and add more detail, including elevations, construction details, and diagrams of building systems. We work closely with consultants and clients to select materials and products, and provide more accurate pricing estimates.

Our team of experienced designers utilizes the latest digital technologies to bring designs to life, providing virtual walkthroughs and renderings to facilitate the decision-making process.
