Siem Construction, LLC was established in 2005 by Les Siem, a General Contractor with a deep-rooted passion for using his creativity and construction experience to transform client visions into reality. With over twenty years of experience in building new homes, residential remodeling projects, and small commercial projects, Les Siem has honed his skills in delivering high-quality results that are tailored to meet his clients' unique needs.

Our Team

Our team is led by Les Siem, who was born and raised in St. James, Minnesota. Les and his wife, Amanda, have two boys, Jayse and Bryce, who have inherited their father's endless energy. We are a family-owned and operated business, and we take great pride in delivering high-quality results that exceed our clients' expectations.

At Siem Construction, we have completed over 487 projects, including heritage-style homes with TAMKO shingles, modern home exteriors, and townhouse smoothing concrete projects.
