Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, we are a full service interior design studio, providing and specializing in homebuilder model home merchandising, residential interior design and remodeling services.

Our philosophy is to develop an understanding of our client's target demographic, generating design schemes which incorporate a balance of color, texture, and memory points, customized to the client's specific needs. We believe that each project is unique, and our quality-focused process and use of technology sets us apart from the competition by allowing more time for client focus, and creative design development.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services specifically developed for model home merchandising of single, multi-family, and attached product communities, as well as clubhouses and sales and leasing centers. Our residential design services benefit from these processes as well, allowing us to competitively provide consulting, remodeling services, and complete project management. Our staff, with 24 years of educated, professional experience in interior design and construction, designs on a project-by-project basis from a single room to an entire home, as well as hotels, restaurants, office buildings, or other public spaces.

Our team of 25 brings fresh energy to the complexities of your space, delighting in your satisfaction above all else. We're kind of obsessive about balancing impeccability with comfortability, and that tends to reveal itself in every square foot of the space we compose. Meet the Team

Our team is led by Gina Meno, Principal and Chief Creative Officer, who leads multiple model home teams of interior designers and interior stylists, with a focus on project execution, client satisfaction, and maintaining relationships within the homebuilder and developer community. Joan Noffsinger, Principal and Chief Financial Officer, brings an extensive accounting and financial management background to our accounting processes and financial leadership. Martin Rodriguez, Principal and Residential Director, utilizes his 20-plus years in interior design to provide residential interior design and remodeling services.
