With a degree in Ocean Engineering and many years managing large scale offshore construction projects around the world, Robert is responsible for the growth, stability, direction, and overall operation of the Company.

*Michael Herman-Smith: Co-Owner and CEO*

With a distinguished background in mechanical engineering and over 600 personnel as CEO, Michael brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the company. He is also a sole proprietor in real estate investments and residential, commercial, and industrial construction.

*Ivy Herman-Smith: Co-Owner and Land Surveyor*

With 25 years of experience as a land surveyor, Ivy is no stranger to the construction industry. She is involved with the platting process and land subdivision of both new and existing developments, and deals with the requirements of contractors, title companies, and the general public throughout all phases of the construction process.

*Michael Rosselet: Co-Owner and General Construction Manager*

With a professional construction license in Florida and over 29 consistent years in the construction business, Michael is both our license holder and General Construction Manager. His experience varies greatly and covers the gamut of both residential and commercial construction.
