The Snider Group Inc. has a rich history rooted in quality construction and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations. Our story began in 1964 when Leo Andrade founded Andrade Construction, laying the foundation for what would become a cornerstone of the Central Indiana construction industry. For over two decades, Andrade Construction built a strong reputation for excellence and reliability. In 1989, Steve Snider saw the potential in Andrade Construction and purchased the company, ushering in a new chapter. Under his leadership, the company underwent a transformation, officially becoming The Snider Group Inc. in 1991. Throughout our five decades of operation, we've consistently focused on delivering the highest quality work and building lasting relationships with our clients.
