Our mission is to promote the health, safety, and comfort of building occupants while supporting sustainable practices and energy efficiency.

Our Mission

Our diverse membership is comprised of professionals from various backgrounds including physicians & nurses, engineers, architects, maintenance managers, lawyers, toxicologists, building inspectors, insurers, industrial hygienists, respiratory therapists, educators, health and safety professionals, and legislators. Together, we strive to develop practical strategies to design, build, operate, and maintain your home, school, or office building.

Our Services

• Education Opportunities: We provide educational resources and training programs for professionals and homeowners on indoor air quality, sustainable building practices, and energy efficiency.

• Certification Courses: Our Ventilation Installation Certification Course and IAQ Club: ASHRAE's New Standard 241 are designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to design and maintain healthy indoor environments.

• Resource Library: Our members have access to a comprehensive library of resources on indoor air quality, sustainable building practices, and energy efficiency.

• Find a Certified Residential IAQ Professional: We can help you find a certified professional in your area who specializes in indoor air quality.

• COVID-19 Resources: We provide up-to-date information and resources on maintaining healthy indoor environments during the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Blog: Our blog features articles on various topics related to indoor air quality, sustainable building practices, and energy efficiency.

• Events: We host various events throughout the year, including the annual IAQ & Energy Conference, Golf Tournament, and Indoor Insanity 5K! These events provide opportunities for networking, learning, and promoting healthy indoor environments.
