Our Story

Our story began over 35 years ago in downtown Pensacola, Florida, where our founding fathers, H. Miller Caldwell, III and H. Miller Caldwell, Jr., planted their roots in a historic horse barn along the railroad tracks. The area was once a thriving port city, connected by railroad tracks to a vast network of towns and cities across the South. Over the next three decades, we invested in preserving and rebuilding the urban fabric and the dynamic culture that these places have built into their DNA.
