Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share our passion for creativity, quality, and client service. Our executive team, led by Allan Parr AIA, LEED AP, Chief Executive Officer, has a combined total of over 60 years of experience in the industry. With millions of square feet of successful project experience, Allan and his leadership team have a history of delivering results for their clients. Our team also includes industry experts like Frank Rees AIA, LEED AP, Founder and former Chairman, who specializes in senior living projects, and Rob Genter AIA, RID, LEED AP, Vice President & Operations Director, who has over 26 years of experience in the industry.
