Our Founder

Richard J. Krantz, AIA, is an experienced architect with a passion for design. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Richard's ability to create interior and exterior drawings of homes at an early stage in the design process, combined with his artistic talents and use of 3D CAD plans, results in a truly enjoyable experience for his clients. He believes that excellent client relations are crucial to a successful project, and he strives to ensure that every client is satisfied.
