Our Story

Bomar Construction, Inc. has been serving the commercial construction needs of businesses in Volusia and Flagler Counties for over four decades. Founded in 1980 by Leonard Marinaccio, Jr., our company has established a reputation for delivering quality construction projects and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Our Philosophy

At Bomar Construction, our primary business philosophy has always been to establish ourselves as the area's pre-eminent "Owner's Contractor". We believe that our number one objective is to work as a cohesive team with the Owner and their Design Professionals to ensure that the Owner receives the building they want, in the most cost-effective and time-sensitive manner possible. Our track record shows that we put the owners' interests at the forefront, recognizing that they are the ones who will be living with the finished product and ultimately establishing the contractor's reputation in the community.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who have been with the company for over 30 years. Leonard Marinaccio III, President and majority shareholder, and Leonard Marinaccio Jr., CEO and minority shareholder, have led our company with integrity and professionalism. Our two key employees, Vice Presidents/Project Managers, have each been with the company for over 30 years.
