We also specialize in road construction and maintenance, with regular contracts for the upkeep of some fifty dirt roads on the island.

DECA, Inc. maintains crews, infrastructure, inventory, and equipment for building homes and structures. Our woodshop facilities allow us to fabricate custom casework and architectural specialties.
