Our Services

• Free Consultation: A comprehensive review of your project scope, budget, and timeline, where we'll discuss your goals and objectives.
• Design Phase: Collaboration with our in-house designer or your preferred designer to create a concept design and material specs for your project.
• Scope & Budget: Drafting an initial budget contract with HomeWorks, site visits with subcontractors to obtain a to-not-exceed bid, and establishing a final budget and scope.
• Pre-Construction: Creating a production schedule, detailed job book, ordering materials, and ensuring they're on-site when needed.
• Construction: Keeping you informed through our project management website, resolving issues that arise, and creating a punch list with your input.
• Completion: Finalizing the project, conducting a final clean and quality control, and turning over your new space.
