Services
Complete Landscape Makeovers
Our comprehensive landscape makeovers redesign and rebuild outdoor spaces from the ground up. We handle grading, drainage, hardscaping, and plantings to create functional, aesthetically pleasing environments. Each project includes removing outdated elements, addressing structural issues, and installing custom features tailored to the property's unique needs. Clients receive a completely renewed outdoor space that enhances property value and usability.
Retaining Wall Installation
We construct durable retaining walls using interlocking blocks, stone, and timber to prevent soil erosion and create usable yard space. Our walls incorporate proper drainage systems and are built to withstand environmental pressures. Each installation includes precise grading, material selection, and finishing touches that complement the property's overall design while providing structural integrity.
Basement Waterproofing
Our waterproofing solutions address negative grading and poor drainage causing basement moisture issues. Services include excavating around foundations, installing drainage systems, sealing cracks, and regrading landscapes to direct water away. We resolve underlying causes rather than treating symptoms, protecting homes from water damage and mold growth while improving overall property stability.
Paver Patio Installation
We design and install durable paver and natural stone patios that withstand Minnesota's climate. Our process includes proper base preparation, drainage solutions, and precise installation techniques. Patios are integrated with complementary features like fire pits, lighting, and seating walls to create functional outdoor living spaces that require minimal maintenance.
Ice Dam Removal
Specialized ice dam removal services protect roofs from winter damage using steam-based techniques that safely melt ice without harming roofing materials. We address underlying causes through proper insulation and ventilation solutions to prevent recurring issues, offering both emergency response and preventive maintenance programs for Twin Cities properties.
