Our Story
In the mid-1960s, Andy Bogdonoff, affectionately known as "Big" Andy, began his journey in the HVAC industry by working for Dockery Plumbing, Heating & Cooling (located on Shasta Street in Yuba City). In 1969, Andy and his wife Barbara purchased the business and renamed it Andy's Dockery Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. After Big Andy's passing in 1977, Barbara and her eldest son, "Young" Andy, continued the business, ensuring that the company remained family-owned and operated. Today, "Young" Andy is at the helm, working tirelessly to provide exceptional service and comfort to every customer.
