We are a family-owned and operated business that has been helping people build their dreams since 1992. Our owners, Dan and Kim Sawicki, are both lifelong residents of the Twin Cities metro area. Dan, who studied Architecture at the University of Minnesota, has a passion for design and construction and is both licensed, bonded, and insured as a contractor. Kim manages the day-to-day office operations, including customer support, accounting, scheduling, and communication. Together, they ensure that every project is completed with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Our services include additions and remodeling, roofing and siding, new home construction, and storm damage repair. We offer free estimates on all new projects and pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, with 75% of our work being repeat customers and their enthusiastic referrals. We are A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau and are committed to achieving the utmost in customer satisfaction, even in the face of unforeseen events.
