Our Story

Schenck Builders, LLC was founded by Yvette Schenck, who developed an interest in real estate development, new home construction, and remodeling at a young age. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Yvette started Schenck Builders LLC in 2008. Since then, she has worked with hundreds of clients on over 300 homes in the Houston/ Conroe/ Walker County area. Her goal is to build homes that exemplify the unique personality of each client, and to do so in a cost-effective manner. From plan design through the execution of impeccable interior finishes, she enjoys taking a part in the creation of each client's dream home.

*Design:* We assist our clients with the design and build of their dream home. From the preliminary floorplan and custom sketch to the full set of architectural plans and engineering, we want to make sure that we get your home plans right and well planned out.

*Build:* We handle all the upfront "red tape" of pulling permits and getting HOA/ACC approvals. We use the latest building practices to create the most energy-efficient homes available. With years of experience, we are consistently able to deliver projects that come in at budget and on time.
