• Berman Infiniti of Chicago: We repurposed a 1940's manufacturing facility into a new dealership, service area, and showroom for Berman Infiniti of Chicago. The facility encompasses 18,000 square feet and features frameless interior glass walls throughout. The richly appointed bright interior includes private office and conferencing suites, a showroom containing eight car displays, and a customer reception lounge.
• Grossinger Motors: We were responsible for the renovation of Grossinger Motors, Normal, with additions for Audi and Mercedes and new exteriors for Volvo, Lincoln, Volkswagen and Subaru. The project included new interior finishes throughout as well as new customer areas.
• Berman Nissan: We transformed a former Federal-Mogul manufacturing facility into a new Nissan car dealership and service center in the Avondale neighborhood of Chicago. The facility features a two-story showroom, which was created by the removal of 4100 square feet of structural deck, and includes 139,000 square feet of indoor showroom space.
