Who We Are

Our team is led by William Hicks, an Illinois-licensed architect and expert in building technology. With a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Bill has spent his career helping to fix, renovate, expand, and build hundreds of local projects for a wide variety of clients. Bill's extensive experience has earned him a reputation as a respected professional, and he is proud to be the co-founder of the Edgewater-Uptown Builders Association and a longtime member of the American Arbitration Association's Panel of Construction Arbitrators and the Association of Licensed Architects.
