Our Services

At Dukane Precast, we offer a full line of services to complement our dynamic product selection. Our experienced fabricators strive to match your needs and design requirements into tangible products at our facilities in Aurora, Plainfield, and Naperville. We provide turn-key installation, and our trucking and erection are scheduled and coordinated by Dukane's project managers at mutually agreed-upon dates. We have a large fleet of delivery trucks to ensure uninterrupted service to your job site. No job is too big or complex for our stable of transportation professionals.

Our Sales & Estimating staff are available to assist you in choosing the most competitively-priced, highest-quality precast/prestressed products to fit your building's needs. We offer lunch and learn seminars for architects, engineers, college students, public officials, and owners. Our seminars cover a wide variety of topics, including parking decks, total precast buildings, sustainable design and construction, architectural precast, and many others. We offer guided tours through all three of our manufacturing facilities on a year-round basis.

Sustainability

Dukane Precast is committed to sustainability. Our dedication to sustainability began with our investment in renewable energy initiatives at all of our facilities. Rooftop solar panels have been installed at two sites in Aurora and at our facilities in Naperville and Plainfield, Illinois. This represents more than 9,400 solar panels combined. As a result, the total peak generating capacity among its four locations is equivalent to 3.13 MW's (megawatts) or 3,132 kWh's (kilowatts) of power. This translates to an annualized generation volume of 4,006,000 kWh's, based on average weather patterns. Click on each location to view the solar production from each facility.

Innovative Solutions

Our team of consultants, engineers, and designers will customize the perfect building solution for each building application. We have been at the forefront of innovative solutions in precast concrete, including the adoption of innovative lightweight mix designs, the inclusion of radiant floor tubing cast into our floor panels at our plant, and designing a precast floor system that allows for an open truss area underneath the concrete floor surface. These innovative solutions provide dramatic cost savings on challenging projects and some of the most energy-efficient building designs in the country.
