At Bella Blue Water, we pride ourselves on having a team of highly trained professionals who have years of experience in the pool industry. Our team is led by Mario Elias, the founder and president of the company. Mario has a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Agricultural Management and gained experience in sales, marketing, and administration before starting his own business.

Our executive director, Erika Mazzotti, has over 28 years of small business management experience and has successfully grown with Bella Blue Water since 2014. Our team also includes Sandra Aguayo, Service Manager; Manuel Castro, Service Supervisor; Valeria Casana, Office Assistant; Francisco Miranda, Remodels and Sales Representative; Marco Corado, Repairs Manager; Antonio Chaidez, Senior Field Technician; and Eduardo Gustavson, Field Supervisor.
