Our mission is simple: To become the "Premier Service" organization for the Whirlpool Family of Products while serving Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Customers. We strive to provide an exceptional service experience with our reliable, knowledgeable, and highly trained administrative staff and technicians.

Locally Owned and Operated

We are locally owned and operated in Channelview, Texas, serving Houston and the surrounding areas. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that you receive the best possible service for your appliances, treating them as if they were our own.

Our Beginning

The A.S.I. story began in 2001 when the Whirlpool Corporation elected to utilize distributors and appliance service providers to source-out service to their customers. With over 23 years of experience and trained certifications through the Whirlpool family of companies, our founder, Allen Louis, took the next logical step by starting his own business.

In July 2001, Allen, his daughter Tracie, and two trained service technicians started the company. Over the years, the company has flourished from a one-person office with two technicians to a five-person office and ten technicians. Today, the team at ASI consists of over 425 years of combined experience with 30 Whirlpool Factory Certified Care Specialists, an eight-person office staff, as well as Allen and Debbie in the lead.

Technician Training

Our technicians are trained by the manufacturer regularly to stay current on new equipment and technology and to maintain their certifications. Allen also participates in Whirlpool Distributor meetings to stay up-to-date in new technology as well as future products. This ensures that our technicians are always knowledgeable about the latest appliances and technologies.
