Founded by Fred Gasser in 1972, our company has been dedicated to creating exceptional living spaces that reflect the unique style and needs of each of our clients. Our journey began with Fred's humble beginnings as a mason and concrete finisher, honing his skills and eventually becoming a general contractor. His son, Evan, joined the family business at a young age and earned a degree in Construction Engineering Technology from The University of Akron. Today, Evan serves as our President, and together, we strive to build relationships that last a lifetime.
