Our History

Scott H. Ganyard, P.E., and Larry G. Weitzell, Jr., are the founders of Larsco Construction. Scott graduated from the University of Akron in 1984 with a BS in civil engineering and has been a registered professional engineer in the State of Ohio since 1988. Larry started his career in construction at a young age, helping his grandfather with line striping and later worked in various construction roles. The duo met while Scott was working as an estimator for a local paving contractor, and they decided to start Larsco Construction in 2016. Scott handles the day-to-day business operations, including estimates, invoicing, purchases, and meeting with contractors and customers. Larry oversees field operations, ensuring that the work meets customer expectations. Both are dedicated to providing exceptional services and building long-term relationships with their clients.
