Welcome to Braband Building Systems, Ltd., a Houston-based design build general contractor with over thirty-five years of commercial construction experience in the Houston and Harris County area. Our company has built a reputation for high-quality construction, repeat customers, turn-key job completion, and attention to detail. We specialize in pre-engineered metal buildings from permitting through move-in, as well as tilt wall and conventional construction.

Our Story

Our company was founded in June of 1975 and is privately held and operated on a daily basis by three generations of the Braband family. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to meet the changing needs of our clients. We are an open shop contractor and have been associated with many construction workshops, a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Greater Houston, and have participated in many facets of the Metal Building Manufacturers and Dealers Association.

Industrial Design

Our expertise lies in heavy, crane-served industrial buildings. We offer our clients the skill and knowledge required to design and build heavy crane served buildings, including concrete foundations, heavy electrical, and HVAC needs.

Office Design

We also offer design/build services for companies needing an office or warehouse project. We have custom built several commercial establishments based on the customer's or retailer's particular requirements.

Retail Design

Our services can accommodate our clients' needs for any retail, custom, or chain establishment.
