Architecture Works GREEN, Inc. is a full-service architectural firm dedicated to creating projects that are guided by creative, practical, and environmentally responsible solutions. Our team's diverse life experiences, including education, travel, and individual interests, have enriched our understanding of regional, cultural, and personal sensitivities. We are committed to researching alternative products, applications, and cost substitutions to provide practical and healthful solutions. We believe that successful building projects are the result of strong collaboration between our clients, contractors, and consultants.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we offer our clients the option of LEED certifying their projects. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a green building rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (U.S.G.B.C.). Our current office, built in 1999, embodies our philosophy by demonstrating passive solar design principles, using green and sustainable materials, and incorporating an off-grid photovoltaic (PV) electrical system.

Staff

Our firm is built around a talented and dedicated staff. We employ 2 full-time licensed architects, an intern/CAD drafter, office manager/bookkeeper, and a part-time interior design consultant. Maintaining this size over the past fourteen years has allowed us to foster a more personal and familiar Architect/Client relationship.

Our president, Reynold P. Radoccia, AIA LEED-AP BD+C, has a strong background in sustainable architecture. After completing his education and architectural internship in New York City, he moved to Arizona in 1974 to work at Arcosanti, Paolo Soleri's visionary project. It was there that he realized the contrast between his previous lifestyle and the one Arizona had to offer him. His decision to stay in Arizona led him to establish Architecture Works GREEN, Inc. in 1983.
