Founded in 1947, the company underwent a transformative period in 1996 when acquired by Burnett Carver Associates (BCA Enterprises). This merger brought together over 15 years of experience in commercial waterproofing, caulking, panel installation, and canopies, further solidifying Ventilated Awnings' position as a leader in the industry.

Recognizing the need for streamlined production and faster turnaround times, Ventilated Awnings embarked on a journey of innovation. In 2013, the company established Saber Architecture, a specialized division dedicated to the design and fabrication of custom aluminum composite material (ACM) panels. This strategic move proved pivotal, enabling Ventilated Awnings to offer shorter lead times and expedite project timelines without compromising on quality.

Larry Carver, President & Schedule Coordinator, oversees all installation projects, leveraging his 40 years of experience as a licensed builder. His unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency guarantees that every installation is completed to the highest standards. Bernard Roe, Drafter/Estimator, combines his associate degree in drafting and design with his keen eye for detail to provide accurate estimates and precise drawings.
