Our Company

Ferrotek Corporation is a metal fabrication company that has been serving the Pacific Northwest region for over three decades. Founded in 1987, our company has built a reputation for providing high-quality fabrication services to a diverse range of industries. From structural and miscellaneous metal fabrication to custom truck bodies and equipment, Ferrotek's expertise spans a wide range of applications.

Our Facilities

Our company is located in Ferndale, Washington, on 10 acres of land within the Delta Tech Industrial Park. Our facility is conveniently situated near Interstate 5, making it easily accessible for both local and out-of-town clients. Our spacious 1800 square foot office building is separate from our 18,000 square foot shop building, ensuring a comfortable and quiet environment for our office staff. The shop itself is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including welding, shearing, braking, rolling, cutting, CNC plasma cutting, punching, and machining capabilities. We also have two full-length overhead cranes, large fabrication bays, and spacious lay-down areas, allowing us to efficiently handle both small and large projects.

Sandblast and Priming

Our on-site 2,400 square foot sandblast and priming facility enables us to maintain total quality control throughout the production process. With the ability to perform all work in-house, we can ensure a seamless transition from drawing to final shipping.
