Our team of professionals provides a comprehensive range of services, including:
- Landscape Design: Custom and distinctive outdoor living landscape master design, planning, hardscape, and softscape. Our landscape services may include conceptual design, planting, construction-staking, drainage, irrigation, lighting plans, HOA plan submittals, plan processing, colored plan view drawings, and 3D renderings.
- Architecture: Custom distinctive indoor living master design, planning, and design development of construction plans including floor plans, elevation, sections, window-construction schedules, detailing plans, and color plan view and 3D renderings services.
- Design-Build General Contracting Services: We provide a full range of design-build general contracting services, from the first conceptual ideas, planning, preparing construction plans, cost estimate, building permits, and installation.
Meet Our Team
Our team is led by Manuel Silva Zayago, President of MS+Larq, who has over twenty-five years of professional experience in landscape architecture, architecture, and planning. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the Iberoamericana University, Mexico City.
