Where We Build

We focus much of our building in new home developments within the best school districts in Minnesota and neighborhoods with lots of amenities like private neighborhood pools and walking/biking trails. However, we also build on any lot, not just in the neighborhoods we define, so if you already own or have found a perfect lot, we can design and build a custom home to fit your site.

We want you to have fun and get involved in the process - collect ideas on sites like Pinterest and Houzz to discover, plan, and collect ideas for color palettes, room design, fixtures, materials, and much more. From blueprint to closing, we listen to your wants, needs, and concerns.
