Our founder, Christopher Shoffner, has spent over two decades honing his skills in the construction trade, starting from the ground level in his father's small construction company. With a strong passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to quality, Chris has furthered his knowledge and experience by subcontracting for large Baltimore County companies and completing various certifications and construction management courses. In 2003, Chris realized his dream of starting his own construction and remodeling company, and K & S Construction and Remodeling was born.
