Our Process
When you contact Liberty Appliance Repair, our customer service representative will be happy to hear about the problem you're having and assist you in setting up an appointment. Our appointments are made with a 2-hour window, and our technician, Steve, will review the details of your request and give you a call if he has any questions. Based on the information you provide, we may order parts ahead of time in order to increase the likelihood of restoring your appliance on the first visit. At your request, Steve will gladly put booties on his shoes in order to protect your floors, and will discuss his findings with you and provide you with an estimate for repair. With your approval, he will either begin the repair or arrange to order any parts needed. Most parts can be obtained within 1-3 business days.

At Liberty Appliance Repair, we stand behind our work. All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. Our technician, Steve, is factory trained and our company is registered with the CA Bureau of Household Goods and Services (registration #47572).
