I came to America as a young woman, determined to start a new life. Despite the challenges I faced, including being robbed and losing everything, I was determined to succeed. I learned English, found a job, and eventually made my way up the corporate ladder in the contracting industry. However, I was dismayed by the shortcuts and dishonest practices I witnessed in the industry. I knew I could do better, and so I founded Marcela Montoya Remodeling, a business built on the principles of honesty, integrity, and customer care.
