We take pride in the quality of our work, and we have a rigorous quality assurance program in place to ensure that every roof we install meets our high standards. Our quality assurance program consists of two parts: our inspection process and our preventative action program.

At the end of each workday, the foreman on site inspects the day's work to ensure that any weak points are fixed and that the roof is well sealed for the night. Upon completion of the job, the superintendent overseeing the job or senior management does a thorough inspection of the entire job to ensure that nothing has been missed or overlooked. They also check for any possible weaknesses in the material or workmanship. Our warranted jobs receive a further inspection performed by the manufacturer before issuing the warranty.

Our preventative action program is designed to identify and patch any common failures before ever leaving the job site. We analyze all leak calls to identify possible weaknesses in the systems we install, and we incorporate updates into our 30-year warranty requirements. Our focus on preventative maintenance and regular inspections ensures that your roof lasts for years to come.

We offer three levels of service to best meet the needs of all our customers. Our preventative maintenance programs are designed to ensure that your roof lasts for years to come. Even a good roof can be ruined by things not covered by a warranty, mechanical damage from others, or wind-born debris. Membrane roofs are commonly damaged by hail but don't start leaking for some time afterwards. By the time the leak is discovered, it may be too long after the hail storm.
