Our team of thoughtful leaders, detail-oriented project coordinators, and innovative craftsmen are dedicated to making every detail of your custom home exceptional. Our experienced team is personally involved in every project, working closely with you and the team of architects, engineers, and designers.

Tom Hendrickson, Owner and President, brings a unique perspective to every project with his experience as a client, craftsman, and builder. Tim Kunkel, Co-Owner of Minnesota Structures, oversees the construction labor force company that Erotas utilizes for all its projects, ensuring superior craftsmanship through one-on-one training and problem-solving leadership. Shelly Maki, Controller & HR Coordinator, manages the finances, general office operations, and keeps the team on task with her commitment, dedication, and attention to detail. Deb Carney, Project Coordinator, specializes in high-end custom cabinetry, making her an expert in creating spectacular projects through her attentiveness to detail and organization skills. Dani Frazier, Marketing Manager & Assistant Project Coordinator, brings her digital design, marketing, and project management skills to the team, with a passion for building and remodeling. Mark Backman, Site Superintendent, oversees projects during all phases, ensuring exquisite, energy-efficient, and environmentally responsible residences with his clear communication and problem-solving skills.
