November 2025 Sebastian Grundseth put in a new hot water heater for us tonight. He went above and beyond to get it done today since my husband and i are both teachers and it is tough to be out of school. His dedication to our project was immensely appreciated.

July 2024 Chris Freeman did top notch work replacing our old sink and faucet in our kitchen. Would definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs.

Sebastian was AMAZING! He arrived earlier than what was quoted. He was very professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair was completed efficiently and effectively and he took the time to explain what was going to be done and what was done. The repair took less than a hour and I was back to normal in no time I was AMAZED at how fast he completed the job! I highly recommend Sebastian @ Benjamin Franklin! I live in Greensboro!

I recently had a water heater installed inn my attic by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and I am very satisfied with the service provided. The technician Nick Gaines was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about the installation process, especially given the challenges of working in an attic space.

We had a leaky faucet in the downstairs bathroom. Sebastian came in with in the hour of the call and evaluated the situation. Which was not just a leaky faucet, but we also needed a water heater replacement. Sebastian was so thorough and so quick. He came back the next day to installed the new system. He replaced the faucet, the original problem and the service was finished very quickly..

First - BF Triad was quick! They had technician Chris at my house in less than an hour. Chris himself was so knowledgeable and talented. He was professional (kept taking his shoes off at the door!) and detailed. Did not jump to the most expensive solution but worked at the less expensive path first and was able to clear the line. He got pictures of the invasive roots and measured how far in the invasion was. Chris provided documentation of his findings. I found the entire experience painless other than the need to call them out in the first place. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be my first call for plumbing issues in the future and hope I get Chris as my tech. He was awesome.

I’ve used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing twice - once for replacing a toilet and a leaking water pressure regulator, and today to fix a leaking shutoff valve behind the fridge. Both times the service has been excellent. Today, I called them as soon as I noticed the problem, and they had someone out within a few hours.

Wednesday evening came home to 3 busted water lines under my home, called BF plumbing. They were there in 15 min of my call. Did the survey of damage and also found another issue with the tank. Tim Southard Quoted a VERY reasonable price and had a tech onsite first thing next morning as the repair needed parts from an already closed supply house. Chris Showed up smiling and friendly and got right to work. Gave me constant updates and checked for more leaks after he was finished. Not too mention doing all this work in a cramped and flooded crawl space...MY REPAIR IS COMPLETE. AWESOME SERVICE...AWESOME PRICE. I even have better pressure then before.

Chris Freeman not only fixed our kitchen sink and the plumbing but went out of his way to ensure everything was done to our standards. He even fixed our outside faucet which we didn’t mention until he had got here however, he did replace and fix it properly. We asked about a veterans discount and his company honored that as well. I had my small home re-piped to replace all the old polybutelyne pipes which had been recalled many years ago. Chris spent a lot of time evaluating every aspect of the existing plumbing and gave me a great quote for the work. We set up an appointment to do the work and Chris showed up right on time that morning, and had the entire house re-piped before 5:00 pm, including replacing the tub and shower faucet, spout and head.

I had about 4-5 inches of water in my basement. I needed a new sump pump. Not only did they come the same day I called, but my sump pump was installed the same day. Ryan was friendly, answered every question/concern I had. And, the price was nice. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I had an amazing experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Service. Their plumber, Chris, was an absolute professional. He arrived promptly, greeted me warmly, and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the repair process before getting started. I really appreciated his friendly and patient approach.

What impressed me the most was Chris's willingness to show me exactly what the issue was and how he planned to fix it. He not only resolved the problem efficiently but also took measures to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the high-quality service and trustworthiness of the company.

Before contacting Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Service, I had a terrible experience with another company called Go Green. The so-called "service" I received was the worst I've encountered in decades. I paid an unpleasant individual to inspect the issue, and he suggested an outrageous fix involving cutting through the ceiling from the roof to deal with a simple wax seal problem in the bathroom on the lower floor. Needless to say, I'm relieved that I didn't go ahead with their proposal and instead chose Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Service.

In contrast, Chris quickly identified and resolved the problem within minutes of arriving. His expertise and professionalism were truly commendable. I couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you, Chris and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Service!
