We upgraded our furnace and A/C with NorthStar 5 years ago. We got a great deal, and easy financing.
Not only did they do a great job with the upgrade, they also added a warm air return vent in our basement for us.
I love that I get a call every spring and fall for a tune up on our system, that was included in the price of the units they installed. Them calling me to schedule the tune up is so great, and is one less thing I have to worry about, and knowing that is free adds great peace of mind.
Every time they come for the tune up, they are always on time, professional, friendly, efficient and clean.
We are so glad we went with NorthStar and would highly recommend them for any service.

Daniel was awesome. Came out same day I called. Didn't have the exact parts needed so he made a next day service call, came right on time and did great work in under an hour. Job completed. Definitely have a repeat customer and hopefully we get Daniel again when we call for service in the spring.

North Star gave us the lowest price on our AC install. And they've done our tune-ups ever since. But most important, our AC went out during a heatwave and I called it in at 4am (expecting a company voicemal or answering service) and they personally answered! at 4am! and got us on the schedule same-day! I'm beyond grateful for these guys.

Dylan came out two days in a row to help us and luckily it was a simple fix! Even if it wasn’t, he gave us other options as worst case scenarios so we had all the information in case we needed him again. Northstar installed our new AC and Furnace systems two years ago and this simple fix was all because of a blocked vent. We appreciate your honesty and 5 star service!

Capone completed a full HVAC system swap-out and the workmanship was top-notch. He removed the existing unit and installed the new system efficiently, with proper sizing, clean duct connections, and attention to airflow and refrigerant charging. We had our 2 HVAC systems and Humidifier check up. There was a smell coming from the humidifier and they were able to make recommendations and fix on the spot. Dylan was our technician. Anthony was great he was not the first one to come to our home. the first guy did not fix the problem. but I called them back and they sent out Anthony Chavez immediately and he took his time to find out what the problem was and then fixed it with in a 2 hours clean up everything and was very pleasant to work with. I will be using Anthony at North star heating and Air conditioning again.

From the moment you call speaking to Angela your treated with such professionalism and care. We recently moved into a condo , and I had called for them to do a check on my air conditioning unit. Lucky for us Our technician was Dylan Nielsen. Dylan was absolutely amazing, so polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He found another issue , not related to the air-conditioning And took care of it for us he even offered to come out on the holiday Monday to help. Absolutely outstanding experience with Dylan N with North Star Heating
I had another so called company come to look at my heater and the guy was here about 15 minutes hardly did anything and just told me. My heater was bad and he need to replace it.
The result was the same with Dylan but I absolutely felt like he did everything in his power to check everything before he made that call It was a truly great experience and I really felt like That him and his company really cared.
I would absolutely recommend them and him to everyone.

I called north star heating and air, it was easy to set up an appointment, Daniel was our service professional, he was just that! Daniel was great, diagnosed the problem ordered the part and replaced it. Also cleaned out the dusty 12 year old furnace so it looks brand new! Will be using them from now on!
