We provide blown-in cellulose insulation made primarily from recycled materials, offering fire-retardant properties and an environmentally responsible approach to home insulation. Our installation process accounts for potential settling to help maintain effectiveness. Before installation, existing moisture issues should be resolved to reduce the risk of water damage. For optimal heat retention and energy savings, we recommend a finished insulation depth of 16 to 17 inches. 
Our fibreglass blown-in insulation service offers an effective solution for improving home insulation. Available as loose-fill material or batts, fibreglass is made from recycled glass combined with sand and provides sound absorption, fire resistance and water resistance. We address the importance of resolving existing leaks before installation. A depth of 20 to 21 inches, equivalent to R-60, supports heat retention and potential savings on utility bills. 
Maintaining an efficient home begins with addressing insulation that is compressed, outdated, damp, or contaminated. We offer comprehensive attic insulation removal, combining an initial inspection with protective equipment, HEPA filtration, and specialised suction technology. After extraction and responsible disposal, we can address drafts, improve attic airflow with baffles, and prepare the space for fibreglass, cellulose, or spray foam insulation. 
We install drywall as a durable solution for completing interior walls, ceilings, and distinctive architectural features. Beyond its finished appearance, this material can provide added protection against external elements, reduce sound transmission, and help retain comfortable indoor temperatures. Drywall is also practical to maintain, as scratches, dents, and nail holes can generally be repaired without replacing entire sections. Optional taping reinforces the joints. 
We provide spray foam insulation solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, helping improve energy efficiency and indoor comfort. Our services cover walls, floors, ceilings, lofts, attics, and other spaces where heat loss and draughts may occur. For large-scale construction and renovation projects, we deliver garage ceiling insulation systems that address essential performance and safety requirements. Mineral wool helps limit heat loss, dampen sound, and resist moisture, while its non-combustible properties support fire protection. Our vapour barrier installation service helps manage moisture movement throughout residential buildings. We use suitable vapour control materials to reduce the risk of condensation and moisture buildup within walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs. Because different building conditions require different approaches, vapour retarders must be selected and installed appropriately, with ventilation remaining essential to effective moisture management. 
We install blanket wrap insulation in rolls or batts to support thermal comfort and energy conservation. Suitable for walls, floors, ceilings, and attics, this versatile material helps limit heat loss during colder months and heat gain in warmer weather. Its flexible format can be cut around studs, joists, and electrical wiring, while varying R-values provide options for different insulation needs. 
Our drill-and-fill insulation service is designed to strengthen the thermal performance of existing residential properties. Cellulose is blown into wall cavities through drilled access points, allowing the material to conform to the available spaces. Depending on the home's layout, our installation can be completed from either side of the wall. The resulting insulation upgrade improves R-values, helps retain conditioned air, and supports reduced energy consumption throughout the year.

The team was super professional and on time. They did thorough inspection and recommended necessary things to be done. Not over-estimating or trying to add things additionally. Was very pleased with their conduct.
Next on the insulation day, they were on-time and actually finished the work without any hassle. Did the mold treatment, baffle installation and insulation top-up. The job was completed in a timely manner, with great attention to detail such highlighted in the permit drawing.
Mike knew well the ontario building code, which not need to remind him or his crews those code where we have to switch to closed cell spray foam such as insulation the pipes or pocket joists or spaces that we couldnt accommodate it with bath insulation.
Its rare to find a team that combines skill, reliability, and clear communication so well.

Very professional guys, just forget to get their names. I remember one of them being mexican. Very tidy & made sure that they leave my room clean. Since my attic is in my tiny walk in closet, they did a good job. So looking forward to cooler/ warmer housecouldnt add a photo bec I forgot to ask them to take one while theyre up there

From the beginning Mike was very responsive and sent inspector ASAP.
Then Nilufar coordinate and manage all contacts and appointment. She was very responsive and professional manner.
Then people doing the insulation showed up right on time and done the work very nice with care and highly professional.

Very good company to be dealing with for your attic insulation needs. Very professional and able to answer all questions. The price is extremely fair. Service is very worth it. So far, our cold spots in the highest floor have been eliminated or balanced out. Longer overall temperature hold for sure. My smart heater turned on less early (for those who use this feature). Seems like its already working. Cant wait for the extremely cold and hot days to benefit more so. Overall, im very happy. Will recommend dealing with these guys. Very nice people too. Installation was quite clean and efficient.

We hired Pro Insulation to spray foam and insulate an extension in downtown Toronto. The job was completed on time and according to the contract. The workers had difficulty finding parking but waited for us for about an hour to make space, which helped us finish the project on time.

From the point of contact for a quote and up to completion, the team at Pro Insulation has been responsive and helpful.
I was in a bit of a bind as we unexpectedly discovered damaged insulation in my basement when my contractors were doing some minor renos. With a tight schedule, Pro Insulation was able to send someone the next day for a quote and complete the work by following week (old insulation removal and spray insulation). I really appreciated their quick and timely responses, while doing their best to fit us into their schedule.
My experience has been incredibly positive and I would highly recommend their services for insulation.

Pro Insulation Contracting completed my attic insulation as well as spray foam insulation/drywall work in my garage because my front bedroom was really cold. Mike was very professional, followed up frequently, answered all my questions, was fairly priced, and his crew showed up on time. My home is much warmer now. In addition, he referred me to an energy advisor who handled all the details to claim sizeable energy rebates I qualified for.
