Buying our new furnace and central air from HRC has been one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Coming to our house for the bid was short and sweet, he was in and out. Not like others who wasted a lot of time trying to sell us something out of our budget. Very professional and considerate of our needs.
The crew that come to install got right to business and everyone of the employees was totally considerate of our family. There crews are very efficient, they took time to explain how to use our new system and maintain it.

HRC was amazing. Ive had multiple companies come out and look at our AC. Ive been given quotes ranging from hundreds to thousands without any of them being able to tell me confidently that it would fix our issue. Kalen came out and was able to diagnose and give me a very fair cost to repair with confidence in his work. The entire Interaction from the first call with Michelle to the repair with Kalen was so professional and top notch. I definitely found my go to HVAC company for both our commercial buildings (salons) as well as our home.

Our A/C went out on a Friday night. It was the weekend with record heat temperatures. We quickly became basement dwellers. On Monday morning I called HRC Climate Services and they sent Kaelen to fix our A/C. Kaelen was awesome! He not only replaced the blower motor, but he did a very thorough job and made sure that everything else was working properly. He took the time to open different areas of the A/C system, both inside and outside. He cleaned everything up and left our A/C like new (our system is about 10 years old). Thank you Kaelen for the great work!

HRC just came and replaced my AC&FURNACE units, great company to deal with. Quick and efficient. On top of replacing the units that were extremely old Paul sent a technician to attempt and get the old AC unit working til the new one was ready to be installed. Would recommend to anyone, and will use them for future needs.

I was thrilled when I called to have our furnace looked at, and they came out right away. They serviced our furnaces, and talked about a maintenance plan. I understand this is how they profit, but it was reasonable and helpful, since my husband nor I have the time or expertise to do what they will. They come out twice a year, just before the extreme seasons, and I would much rather that, then be caught in the dead heat or cold, without a working furnace or condenser.

We love HRC climate services! A few years ago when the blower on our furnace unit went out, two different companies were doing their best to get us to buy a new one, and not just that, to replace all both our furnace units and air conditioning units at a cost of $30,000. Desperate because that was money we didn't have, I asked a friend for a reference and she suggested I try HRC. I called and they came after hours (Since my air conditioning wasn't running because of the blower and it was over 100 degrees outside) and swapped out the blower motor at a reasonable cost. Several years later all my units are still working just fine. We've used HRC ever since and they've always been honest and fair. I highly recommend them!

I called late Sunday night after my AC froze up and Mike was very kind, answered all my questions and was able to come out first thing Monday morning. He was quick, found q leak in my system, resolved the issue, and tuned everything up. AC is blowing cold now and we're all thrilled. I also appreciated how up front everyone was with costs before moving forward with anything.

Two prior estimates for a 1500 sq foot townhouse came in between 5500.00 and 16,000.00. Both told me my system was too old and needed replacing because of safety issues. Paul from HRC, recommended by a friend, came by and had it up and workingin less than 30 minutes because it needed to be cleaned and serviced. He even checked for cracks with a camera. For 175.00 it is up and running, no issues. Watch out for scammers they are out there and you got to get a second opinion. HRC was amazing.

Phew!! I am so happy and thankful that we found HRC! We were told we needed a whole new system by another company and were quoted $12K. We called HRC, they came quickly and got us up and running for $220 and said our system is fine shape. We have a new HVAC company now! HRC is going in the phone! Thanks HRC! We use them at our business now too and they're great for commercial as well!
