I chose Sullivan because of our years with you. I'd disassembled our washer/dryer and a laundry sink for a new floor installation and felt professionals should do the reinstall of everything so it was done properly and that's what happened. Nick and Johnny came this afternoon and got everything back and running smoothly. I was very impressed at how thorough they were in evaluating what needed to be done and doing it. Thanks to them and your company.

I just took advantage of Sullivan's "protection plan", which includes an annual water heater tank flush and while-home plumbing inspection along with other perks like waived call-out fees and priority service when they're busy -it's affordable peace of mind. This is the second time I've done business with Sullivan, and the two plumbers and one office staff that I've met have all been great. Nick's inspection was thorough and diligent, and identified a major problem - excessive water pressure - that would otherwise have gone unnoticed until it caused an unpredictable failure. I'm happy with Sullivan and plan to stick with them.

Sullivan has done great work for us on numerous of occasions. They recently installed a beautiful new tankless system at one of our properties. Best plumber in Bellingham!

Nick from Sullivan plumbing helped us fix our leaking toilet. Next day service, friendly, and professional. Well worth the investment to install a flange, fix the piping, and properly install the new toilet. The bathroom was left cleaner than when he arrived and the attention to detail with the added caulking was unexpected. I will be using their service again.

Sullivan replaced a few leaky hose bibbs and some water supply lines for my faucets. The same person that provided the estimate also did the work, which was awesome. They finished the work in a timely manner and worksite was cleaned up really well. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I could not be present for the work but trusted Nick who I had met before. He kept me apprised and corrected the problem we had. What is remarkable as well is that I had flagged him down a few months ago when I saw him leaving my neighbors house. I needed a plumber to assess a poorly draining sink. He assessed it and gave a couple of suggestions we could try before investing in an expensive repair. Honest, considerate, and capable.

Fantastic service from Kody Prosser at Sullivan Plumbing! Our 50 year old, main waterline was leaking and was located under our driveway. Kody brainstormed the perfect solution and in a little over a day we had a brand new line installed and the job site is clean and tidy! Very professional. Very fair pricing and we got a senior discount. If we could give 10 stars we would! A+++ for Kody and Sullivan Plumbing. The customer care and service are outstanding. We had a pretty good experience using Sullivan. Our water heater went out on a Friday and Kody installed a new one on Saturday. He was extremely patient and friendly - even measuring the dimensions of his truck for a curious neighbor. Not the first time utilizing Sullivan's services and won't be the last.

Had to replace a faucet in our laundry room. We bought a new Delta pull out faucet rather than repair the existing hose and Sullivan did the install. Appointments were scheduled promptly and the plumber (Scott) was very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to call on then again.

We have been using Sullivan Plumbing for 20 years on 2 separate homes. They have installed new shower and bath plumbing, toilets, water heaters, also kitchen sink plumbing along with a new garbage disposal (May 2025). They also set up the well pump, outdoor faucets etc. So we have used them extensively.

We have always found them to be professional, highly skilled and generally -- on the ball. In addition, we also found them to be honest in what could be repaired vs replaced. They are a smaller company, but we see that as a plus.

We appreciate Sullivan Plumbing working us in quickly. Chris and Pete did a great job fixing a leaking tank and failing cutoff value, cleaning up, and answering all our questions.

Nick and Chris to save the day! I woke up to a dead hot water tank that was now leaking everywhere. I called at 10:00 am. They were at my house with a new tank by 11:30, and finished and gone by 3:15pm. Clean, curtious, worked super hard, and honestly left zero trace of them even being there. Great guys and I fully recommend this company to help you out in a crisis.

Kody Prosser was our lifesaver! Our dishwasher we bought was never installed properly and developed a leak. Kody came over and fixed it for us. He was incredibly nice, efficient and absolutely knows what he is doing! Thank you again!

Scott and the assistant quickly saved the day and fixed our toilet . Both men were very friendly. They did a great job and left the bathroom clean and tidy. We were glad Sullivan was as quick as they were.

We woke up to a strange noise in one part of our house. Husband found that our crawl space was Niagara Falls. We tried to shut the water off at the street, couldn't find it. Called several places but Sullivan came first and FAST. First guy came, dug A LOT MORE THAN USUAL to find our key shut off and shut it off. He left, next guy came and took care of the problem. We were doomsdaying the cost of the whole operation including a section of rotted pipe replacement, new shutoff valve and the emergency service. It wasn't even near the amount I was fearing.
Nice, energetic and capable young men, great at explaining and the whole nightmare was taken care of within 5 hours.
It was a helluva way to wake up but a great day overall.
We'd never had to use an emergency plumber and hope we don't have to call again but IF WE DO, Sullivan Plumbing is our go-to.
(When we mentioned it to a neighbor they said that Sullivan recently went through an owner change and that many of the older crew took retirement at that juncture). THANKS GUYS!!

Highly, Highly recommend Sullivan Plumbing! Nick got our vacation back on track! Visiting WA on holiday, we experienced a leaking pipe that caused the water to be shut off until a fix could happen. Sullivan came to the rescue, arriving asap. Nick drove out to our location, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got to work! He completely fixed our problem, flushed the system, and turned the water back on. NO MORE FLOODING!!! Couldn't have gone more smoothly. Thank you Sullivan Plumbing.

I highly recommend Sullivan Plumbing. Our hot water heater was old and leaking and causing damage to our floors. Sullivan Plumbing arrived on time and had a new water heater installed within hours. They did a fantastic install. They are now my go to for all plumbing issues in the future.

Plumbing issues are NEVER fun, but we feel very fortunate to have met Don Dawson in the midst of a doozy. He is a good and decent human and that goes a LONG ways in our book. And he has assembled a great team as well.

We had a complex plumbing problem arise in a home that houses a young family with 3 kids under the age of 10 - and only one bathroom. Don took us under his wing and saw us through every aspect, coming up with solutions that were rock solid (and creative!) that we feel very confident in.

He was very easy to communicate with, calm, knowledgable, and presented us with options all along the way that took many factors into consideration. He and his team were there when they said they'd be there and worked efficiently. They were mindful of noise, disruption to daily lives and schedules, cost, and came up with designs that were both cost effective and result in easier and more effective maintenance moving forward.

He made sure every step of the way that we were given opportunity to ask questions and be part of the decision making process. He also was welcoming of our desire to inspect the work in progress and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect. Who does that anymore?? It kind of blew us away. If we had questions, he took time to explain.

We had a lot of opportunity to interact with the office staff - and they were fantastic as well! We found each person to be friendly; their communication and responsiveness were first rate.

I cannot say that we look forward to any more plumbing problems, but I can say with all honesty, that we feel very confident in knowing who to call when the next time comes. Cant say enough good about Don and his team. They were lifesavers.
