Chem-Dry was courteous, professional, and friendly. The scheduler person communicates clearly and they were always pleasant to talk with. The technician who came also communicated well. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative and explained everything well in a friendly way.
The furniture is like new after the cleaning, an amazing transformation from deeply dog hair covered to completely clean. And 2 couches only took an hour or so.
We have already scheduled a return cleaning shortly before an allergic guest arrives, and may hire Chem-Dry for other furniture.

Nice fella called to announce his arrival at the appointed time. I walked him through the space he would work on. He did a great job with everything.
When he finished, he had me walk it and it looked great. He answered all questions, packed up his "stuff" and left.
I highly recommend Chem-Dry Brentwood and this particular man.

Mr. McClain, the Technician, was very personable, professional, and caring. He quickly accessed the job, and offered helpful suggestions and confirmed the price. I have a huge sectional. Like really huge and kids and a big dog so you can imagine it was probably pretty dirty. Chem dry has now cleaned this sectional making it look good as new! Not sure how that is possible. Took about one hour. Jackson (I believe was my cleaners name) was professional and diligent. Would be happy to have him/Chem-dry clean for me again. Thank you!

Im very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning. I would have given 5 stars but the price was pretty high. We did have a couple of pet stains but treating those stains should not have been that pricey. The technician was on time, courteous and professional. He explained everything to me and was out of the house within 2 hours, cleaning 3 bedrooms and a loft. The carpets were dry within 2 hours and they look great.

I have family visiting in town and have a spare room in our basement thats carpeted. Our basement has lots of moisture already and my cat got stuck in the basement overnight and had an accident on the carpet. So gross and the entire basement smelled so bad. I called chem dry and they were able to come out the next day and use their cleaners to clean, sanitize and get rid of the smell immediately. I like that they can work with you on your price if you are on a budget. I highly recommend using this company and I will continue to use them if it happens again.

We just had all the carpets in our house cleaned and Chem-Dry did a fantastic job. Living with aging pets and a new puppy had put our carpets through a lot this summer and we wanted to be ready for cooler weather and holidays with family.

Had the best experience ever. Curtis was professional and told me all of the costs up front. Kept me informed every step of the way. My carpets are 18 years old and they look brand new after he cleaned them. I would definitely use Chem-Dry of Brentwood again, but I would ask for Curtis to do them. Thank you.

I LOVED the service I received from Chem-Dry-Brentwood. My cats made a SERIOUS mess upstairs on my carpet. Everything a cat could do, they did it on the carpet. Parker came promptly at the time when I was told upon making the appointment. He did not judge at all and worked with me and around my little one. He was awesome! The room looks like a completely different space after he finished. I will be recommending Chem-Dry-Brentwood from now on. All my business will go to them for sure. Great experience with Chem-Dry Brentwood. My sofa has a fabric blend of polyester and cotton, and had some water spots. My technician, (Curtis) took his time to figure out which solution blend was best for my sofa. He was right. Water spots are gone and my sofa looks brand new! This company is truly oriented around the customer. We were out of their range of usual service, but for a very reasonable travel fee they gladly accommodated us as a customer. They graciously worked around our schedule and were very prompt in their work, both in office and here on the field.
The two techs which performed the work, Josh and Parker exhibited professional courteous service. They were punctual and their professionalism and knowledge of the work and equipment were spot on. (No pun intended). They knew their business and matched it to our needs perfectly.
The cost was very affordable and reasonable.
This was a very large job, but they handled it as only pros can.
I heartily recommend this company to anyone. We have absolutely no regrets only the deepest gratification for a job very well done.

ChemDry in Brentwood has been coming to our home for about 3 years. Each appointment has been easy to schedule with the courtious office staff. Josh has done an excellent job on my carpets and upholstery. Josh is always on time or if running late he calls to give me update on arrival time. He is very knowledgeable on his products and cleaning techniques. The carpet always smells great and looks clean.

Our business office carpets and bathroom tile floors were in dire need of a deep clean and the folks at Chem-Dry Brentwood/Franklin (recommended by an equally satisfied coworker who uses their services for her home) did not disappoint. Josh came out and gave us a very reasonable quote and then proceeded to deliver outstanding service. Our carpets and bathroom floors are immaculate. Josh's knowledge of his craft is impressive and reassuring - worth noting too that Josh and the folks at Chem-Dry went the extra mile for us by fitting the work in to meet a very short deadline.
