Eastern Shore Window and Doors crew replaced my 14 double hung windows with expertise and professionalism. Management had great communication with me. Things were delayed because of Covid and they did warn me of that prior to me signing the contract. My wife and I are thoroughly pleased and this was worth the wait!
One year after installation I can tell you my heating and air-conditioning bills are much lower. These windows will pay for themselves within another two years!

Absolutely delighted with every aspect of getting our windows and doors replaced through Eastern Shore Window & Door. I received several quotes from different businesses, and Joe's was the best price with the highest quality products. We had 4 bedroom slider windows, 2 double casement windows, a front door, a front storm door, and 2 sliding glass doors with integrated blinds all installed in ONE DAY. Amazing work and cleanup. I called Joe, the owner, last Sunday to follow up on a replacement sliding door that was on order for us. He said it should be on the next delivery. Monday, two days after I called, to my pleasant surprise, got a call from Jake to let us know the door was in ready to be installed. Jake arrived on time He was courteous, professional, and he installed our sliding door with ease and confidence. We are happy with the service we got and would not hesitate to recommend Eastern Shore Windows and Doors. I ordered a slider and a storm door. The sales rep was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. I spoke with the owner several times to arrange delivery and installation that fit with my schedule. The installer was great too - on time and left the premises clean. I would definitely do business with Terry, Joe and Jake again.

Called Eastern Shore Door and Window seeking help about 2 door issues I have at my condo. Joe answered and after a brief discussion said he could stop over within a few minutes to personally review door issues. As promised, Joe arrived shortly and reviewed my 2 door issues. Joe explained my options on door number one and also provided me with some very helpful info. On door number 2, ( which was a pocket door ) Joe diagnosed the problem very quickly, pulled out a screwdriver, made some adjustments, and the door was operating as expected!

Joe visited us and we arranged installation of 2 new windows for our condo. The windows lead was long, as many things are, but when they arrived we set a convenient install. The work by Shane and team was great and we are very pleased with our new windows. He also repaired a lock on our slider door which had been installed by a previous owner!

Eastern Shore Window and Door replaced our sliding doors. The doors are high quality and reduce the noise and heat. Joe was very helpful with ordering the doors and keeping us informed of their arrival. The installation by Shane and his partner went smoothly and efficiently. They were careful with the removal of the old doors and meticulous with the installation of the new ones right down to the trim and caulking. They were diligent with clean-up and restoring the area back to the way it was. We are very pleased with the process and recommend Eastern Shore Windows and Doors without hesitation.
