Sometimes when you hire a contractor, you actually get what you pay for. This is the case with Bath Doctor. The entire project went as expected. Also there were no "Bumps in the road" which show up with other contractors. They were knowledgeable, experienced, and paid close attention to the details.
They cleaned up behind themselves, both inside and outside. We could not be happier with the entire project. The question you should ask when asking someone about a contractor is "Would you hire them again?" My answer would be Absolutely. No thought needed. That's how satisfied we are.

The Bath Dr. completed our master bathroom remodel. At the beginning of the project, they assisted us with design and color choices. Once work began, they were very professional, demonstrated expert craftsmanship, and took precautions not to allow the debris and dust from the demolition to dirty the rest of the house. After the completion of the project any outstanding issues were dealt with in an expedient and efficient manner to our satisfaction.

My dad and I met with Karen Ward a few months ago. She really helped us with the design process of building our new bathrooms. Karen, her husband Scott, and their daughter Sierra were here for about 3 weeks working on our bathrooms. They were very professional and took their time. I love my new bathroom so much. One of my favorite parts are the red knobs on my vanity and tank topper. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a bathroom remodeling.

From the initial meeting at The Maryland Home Show....it's just been a pleasure and a win, win from Karen and her team....who just happened to be her husband and sons. Hard working, talented and focused on the job at hand.
Karen assessed our bathroom and was super creative and full of ideas. She knew all of the modern changes we would need to beautify, update, change and fix ALL lingering problems.
The Bath Doctor worked clean and fast. We now enjoy our modern Bathroom.

Even though they found shoddy old work that had been done previously, they were still able to get it all repaired and it works better now than it ever did.
On top of all of that, they were so kind and friendly. I loved the family dynamic of Bath Doctor.
We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a bathtub conversions.

The Bath Doctor team was professional, worked efficiently and carefully to complete my tub-to -shower conversion. Detailed instructions prior to demo were very helpful. They, were clean while working and at the end of each day completed as expected. I love my new shower! I feel like I’m at a spa or resort while in my own home. I highly recommend.

If you need a new bathroom, look no further than Karen's Team, Bath Doctor. We had them remove our bathroom down to the studs and install a new shower with doors (tub removed), decorative bowl sink, nice fixture, new walls, toilet, and beautiful overhead light fixture.Their work is impeccable, price was very competitive, great folks to work with. We have used Bath Doctor twice in 2 different houses. The first was a full bathroom remodel and the second was just a shower. They do a great job and are very thorough. Scott did extra caulking in the bathroom that wasn't part of the job. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back for our other bathrooms.

We had them take out our tub and put in a shower. The job start to finish was excellent with each step of removal the cleaned up the area. They came in and put down protection for the floors and really took care in our home. We love the new shower and it is nice to find a company that not only does really good work but also really cares. We will recommend them to everyone we know.
