I cannot say enough good things about this experience (experiences.) Had some odd issues with a newer water heater. Called WHW- John gave me his opinion, I tried to have it fixed by replacing some things - even though he thought we should replace under warranty- Long story short, it didn't fix all the problems. John checked in , we tackled the issues and went with a replacement and all is fixed and perfect. He never tried to talk me into anything or rip me off in any way possible. Completely transparent and respectful. After each time he was here, after a few days he checked in and made sure everything was as it was supposed to be. I will always call WHW for any issues in the future. Thanks again! My appreciation for service is abundant.

Ive used The Water Heater Warrior for my rental properties and hes honestly been one of the most reliable contractors Ive worked with. Hes extremely professional and moves fast, which is huge when youre dealing with tenants and time-sensitive issues. There have been multiple times where hes gone out of his way, even working late evenings, just to make sure things get handled quickly.
Hes also been great in situations with more difficult tenants. Always respectful, patient, and keeps things calm while still getting the job done. I really appreciate that he keeps me updated throughout the process so Im never left wondering whats going on.
On top of that, his pricing is fair and the work is solid. No shortcuts, no surprises. Just consistent, good service. Definitely someone I trust and will keep using.

What's amazing person John is. The customer service and the job he did was 10 stars in my eyes. Our tankless water heater went out and his prompt respose back sold us.He was very thorough in explaining everything to us.He stayed in contact with us the whole time while waiting on the new water heater to come in. And to top it off he put in a temporary heater for us to use cause he didn't want us to go without hot water. Now that is go over and beyond. Water Heater Warrior is just an amazing!!!

John was great! He answered right away when I called, gave me a quote right then over the phone and was at my house within 90 minutes replacing my water heater. And, charged almost half of what my usual plumber wanted!!! I will definitely be calling Water Heater Warrior for all my plumbing needs from now on.

I highly recommend John of Water Heater Warrior. Our water heater was leaking and he came to our home right away. He replaced our unit for a fair price and took the time to explain everything, which was helpful as new home owners. I had to straighten out an expired permit situation at my FL home while living out of state. John Neckles of Pipe works Plumbing Service fixed the issue in such a problem free and easy manner, he was always available to answer my questions so patiently, and was so courteous no matter how many times I called him. The service from John at Pipeworks / Water Heater Warrior is exceptional. He has been called out to several jobs at my office and not only shows up ON TIME but completes the work in timely manner as well. We recently needed our hot water heater replaced as it was leaking. John came out, shut everything off safely for us, and came back as promised to install the new heater within a couple days. He is friendly, professional, and cleans up after himself (wow!). He has become our go-to plumber (at work and at home) and we can add hot water heaters to list of things he's helped us with.
