Well, in addition to the review below, I just had new doors installed October 2025. My front door and a side and storm door in my basement. I am extremely pleased. It was a difficult job since nothing in my house is level! But the guys did a great job getting everything set up level and then did the trim to make it look good. They were here on time, cleaned up everything after themselves and even took off the old hardware for me. They had a can-do attitude -- helpful and respectful. Already I can tell a difference with the new front door -- it's so much quieter and no drafts! I imagine it will make a huge difference in my heating bill this winter. I highly recommend Certified Home Remodelers!

Here was my original review...I had an extensive amount of work done. I had new siding, roof, windows and garage door installed in 2021. As part of the project, I also had aluminum awnings that were removed and reinstalled after I cleaned and repainted them. One was an oversize wrap-around awning for the porch that could not be re-installed, but they rebuilt into a usable awning covering the one side of the porch. I like that even better! They worked around my schedule and coordinated all the various contractors doing each part of the work. The workers were outstanding. Friendly, helpful, dependable, considerate (cleaned up after themselves) and did a great job! I selected them to do the work on my home based on a recommendation from a friend who previously had work done on her house.

Had a great experience working with Brad on my kitchen. If I need anything else I will definitely call on him again.

The search stops here!! Thank you so much for our home addition. You guys made the process so stress free. My wife and I can't thank you enough, and our family loves spending time in our new addition. We spent months looking for the right contractor to not get calls back or we would run into companies with bad communication skills. Brad and his team were very responsive from the start, clearly guiding us through the process and stayed within their given timeframes. We look forward to getting our new kitchen done in the Fall.

Certified Home Remodelers performed a complete exterior remodel of our home. This included siding, stone work, soffit, and facia. This job was completed carefully and with great attention to detail. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship and cleanup after.

This is a belated review 7 years late for a new front porch that still pleases me every day.
As far as I am concerned, Brad Jessup is the GOAT of home improvement.
My project was the addition of a covered porch on the front of my home, which truly made it look like a new and different home.
Brad is extremely meticulous and pays incredible attention to even the smallest details. He labors over construction decisions for nuances that I would not have imagined, but for his own obsession with quality as much as mine. He is very easy to work with and treated my home improvement project as if it was his own. His crew and his subcontractors are absolutely top shelf and have their own pride of craftmanship, which is very refreshing.
After 7 years signs of wear and tear are normal. But not for Certified Home Remodelers! Everything still looks new (recent snow photo included).
I'll just add a few words about the subcontractors used by Brad. Everything I said about Brad was true for them too. The concrete contractor did a fantastic job on my stamped concrete porch and walkway. I received many, many compliments on the stamped concrete, which really looks like wood. The masonry contractor did a fantastic job matching stone pieces to fit together like they were custom made.
When it was finished, my wife and I were ecstatic! If you drive by on pleasant afternoons, you might still catch us enjoying a glass of wine with cheese on the porch.
I'm glad I chose the best for my project; I hope you do too.

Certified Home Remodelers has completed multiple projects for us: kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, insulated our attic and corrected a mistake made by another contractor that prevented proper ventilation in the attic, replaced a sliding glass door, installed windows, replaced the front door and front storm door, and made improvements to drainage at the bottom of the basement stairs. I have had the pleasure of working with Certified for many years from a supplier stand point. I always get great feed back from the homeowners on the quality & attention to detail they have experienced with Brad.

Initially we called Brad Jessup of Certified Home Remodelers to come in to discuss remodeling our outdated kitchen. However, our primary bathroom began leaking, even before we could get info about our kitchen redo! Brad was going out of town, but fit us in his busy schedule to take a look at the problem. Based on the issues he saw, he strongly recommended the bathroom take priority. The costs were in line with other contractors, but it was talking about his long career in the business and suggestions about a total renovation that convinced us to have Certified Home Remodelers do the work.

The renovation had its issues because our bathroom was a previous homeowner's or contractor's sloppy work, or perhaps it wasn't code for certain things when it was built. Fortunately, the team of specialists Brad always uses (plumbers, carpenter, flooring, window replacement, etc.) were all great, and spent the extra time fixing the old problems, a few being serious problems.
In fact, as disruptive as it is for a homeowner to have workers coming in and out of the house, without exception the guys Brad hires for these jobs are top-notch, friendly, respectful, professional, and all-around great guys who kept us informed daily with their work plans and schedule. We really appreciated that.

Certified Home Remodelers replaced all of the led base painted windows in our home when we moved in. We were extremely pleased with the finished product. The windows look beautiful and are extremely efficient. The company was easy to work with, very professional and the pricing was reasonable. We have used Certified Home Remodelers for our numerous house projects, over the span of 20+ years. We had them install new windows, replace our garage doors, and exterior doors. They put on a new roof for us, remodeled our kitchen and repaired the damage to our house from a fallen tree. We were pleased with all the work that they did for us.

Brad worked with us when we had a major house fire in 2020, right before covid. He represented us when dealing with the insurance company and did a great job navigating all of the complicated issues that come up with insurance coverage. We decided to tear the house down and rebuild due to the extent of the damage. Brad was very attentive and detailed oriented the entire build. I would say he was more attentive to the details than we were. House turned out great and has been perfect since move it day in 2022. His attention to detail really showed when a few months after move in day, I noticed he used glossy paint in the bathroom and kitchen. Most builders spray the whole house and don't worry about these little details. I would highly recommend his company!

Certified Home Remodelers did an excellent replacement of 11 windows for me. Brad, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. Much more so then Window Nation who sent a young sales person that was not as knowledgeable of their product. Brad used the Alside Mezzo window which is an excellent middle of the road product. Neil, the installer, nailed the measurement process and installed them without a hitch. Neil's placement, aluminum wrap, and calking was perfect! I highly recommend Brad and his team for window replacement.

There is no area of our experience that would receive less than 5 stars. We had a fairly small job- several windows and 2 sliders replaced plus a custom doggie door install. The price was fair and getting financing was easy. The workmen were extremely competent, careful, cheerful, clean and they did everything possible to not interfere with our lives. Couldnt ask for more and we will definitely rehire for future work.

This company did an office addition, and had to deal with the City, who was more demanding, than it used to be, costing more money. But, this company got through it. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. They still have to repair the yard, due to truck tires, groves,etc. But, the process by this company is easy ,w/ few headaches, which I appreciated. The subs were trustworthy in my home, & got right to work with little down time.The additon took much longer than I anticipated, but winter weather created issues. I am considering hiring them again for a different project.

My brother-in-law referred us to Brad and Bruce. They did a beautiful job on our kitchen. We purchased the cabinets from them and had Nailed It install them. Their cabinets are beautiful. We had Granite Pro install our Granite. The cabinets look beautiful with the granite we chose. Thanks Brad and Bruce. We love them!
