We recently had a fantastic experience with MY Pittsburgh Roofing. From the start, James was thorough and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. It was a stark contrast to some other experiences we had while shopping around!
Both our house and garage roofs sustained wind damage earlier this spring and needed full replacement. James came to the table with lots of experience working with insurance companies and walked us through what to expect with the process on both ends. When the insurance company needed clarification, James communicated with them directly to sort out some of the details.
We were given a rough 6-8 week lead time from when we signed the contract to when we could expect the work to be completed, and it fell perfectly within that window! James gave us a call the week before to confirm timing and details beforehand. We were also provided a link to view and access all pictures from the project. The crew that came was very professional - fast, clean, and respectful of our property. They even covered my baby tomato plant so it wouldn't be crushed by the debris during teardown!
I can't recommend MPR enough - they were transparent, detailed, and thorough, not to mention very helpful in discussions with the insurance company.

My Pittsburgh Roofing did an amazing job with my roof! 2-Days for a very complicated project (32 sq), rebuilt my chimney cap, and replaced a sunlight! Their crew worked like machines, keeping everything clean and protecting my landscaping in the process. Roofing is hard messy work, and I couldn't have had a better team working on this. 10 out of 10, would recommend their work.

Our roof was leaking after we had bad wind and rain storms and I called My Pittsburgh Roofing at the recommendation from our neighbor. Gino was very easy to communicate with and very professional. He did a more thorough assessment of the project before starting than some of the other companies we considered, and he scheduled us quickly when he identified some leaking. His pricing seemed fair and honest. Our entire roof was fully replaced in one day with no issues. I highly recommend Gino and MY Roofing.

We had a great experience with Gino and My Pittsburgh Roofing. We put in a request for a quote on a Saturday morning, received a call from Gino by lunch and to our surprise they were willing to squeeze us in same day. We ended up picking a date 2 days later, but the hustle was real and appreciated to get the repair done before winter hit! The team showed up on time, knocked out the repair in less than an hour and left no mess behind. The quote also came in at half of the cost of another major Pittsburgh roofing company. Couldnt recommend My Pittsburgh Roofing more and will be my go to for any future roofing needs!

I was in a pickle with my home unexpectedly needing a roof when the last roof was supposedly put on just 9 years ago. Gino came to the rescue quickly. Even with his busy schedule, he assessed it and gave me a fair price and executed on everything he said he would do in a timely fashion. He was transparent and communicative throughout. I recently had an excellent experience with My Pittsburgh Roofing. Everything from the initial estimate to the completion was great. James showed up at the exact agreed upon time for the estimate. Explained the process, took some pictures and provided me with a quote all in under 30 minutes. On the day of the install, they showed up with a large crew and they had tarps setup all over the property to protect the building and make clean-up easier. Even with our large roof, they were able to get everything installed in one day. Very happy with the process and price. We got estimates from 5 different companies, they were in the middle, but we felt most comfortable with them.
